EE&CC maps are being finalised to identify Environmentally-efficient locations, under-efficient locations, to identify potential carrying capacity location which deserves conservation and Transfer of Development Rights(TDR) to maintain our bio-diversity which leads to more and more Environmental Efficiency and may value. The Project of EE&CC MAPPING OF ERNAKULAM DISTRICT is in the final stage and it is relevant for the flood ravaged state of Kerala.
